Privacy notice

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

We only collect the data we need to help you:

• Data you give us when you write by email, WhatsApp, or another channel: name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message, including any information about your project or business you choose to share.
• Data we receive through Meta platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or Messenger) when you contact us there: profile name, phone number or user ID, and the messages we exchange.
• Browsing data, only if site analytics is enabled and you accepted it: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of the visit, and cookie identifiers.

We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not include it in your messages.

3. Purposes

Purposes required for the relationship you ask for:

• Replying to your messages, questions, and requests.
• Understanding your project and preparing proposals or quotes.
• Providing the services you hire and communicating with you during the project.
• Meeting legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

Secondary purposes, not required to help you:

• Producing aggregate statistics about site usage to improve it.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, write to hola@keejdigital.com or decline analytics cookies. Declining does not affect how we treat you.

4. Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent, given when you contact us voluntarily or accept analytics cookies; on the pre-contractual or contractual relationship you have with us; and on applicable legal obligations.

You can withdraw your consent at any time through the procedure described under ARCO rights, except where the law requires us to keep the data.

5. Third parties we share data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with:

• Google LLC (Google Analytics), when analytics is enabled on the site and only after you accept analytics cookies, to measure site usage in aggregate.
• Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger), when you contact us through those channels. Meta processes that data under its own privacy policy.
• Providers of web hosting, email, and storage services, who act on our behalf and may not use your data for their own purposes.
• Competent authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers may store data outside Mexico. In those cases we seek providers that offer protection equivalent to Mexican law.

6. Cookies

The site works without analytics cookies. If we enable them, we will ask for your consent before activating them, and you can change your choice at any time. You can also block them in your browser settings.

7. Retention

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above:

• Messages and requests that do not become a project: up to 12 months after the last contact.
• Client data: for the duration of the relationship and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable tax and legal provisions.
• Analytics data, where applicable: according to the Google Analytics retention setting, not exceeding 14 months.

When those periods end, we delete or anonymize the data.

8. ARCO rights

You have the right to Access your data, Rectify it if inaccurate, Cancel it when you consider it is no longer needed, and Oppose its processing for specific purposes. You can also withdraw your consent and limit the use or disclosure of your data.

To exercise these rights, email hola@keejdigital.com with the subject "ARCO rights" and include:

• Your name and a way to reply to you.
• A document proving your identity or, where applicable, legal representation.
• A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
• Anything else that helps us locate your data.

We will reply within 20 business days of receiving your complete request. If it is granted, we will carry it out within 15 business days of our reply.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The current version will always be published at this address with its last updated date.
